Idoing & echo problem

I have installed an after market head unit ( idoing) on my 2015 NX. the microphone is settled to the A-pillar. I have an echo problem when making a phone call for the other side of the call. They hear their voice as an echo.

Any advises?

I've had some people but not all mention the same on my idoing unit.

Not sure if its true but someone mentioned the fact that both mics are active during a call.

One on the head unit and the remote one. I'm going to try placing something over the one on the head unit to see if it makes any difference.

hey denmonkey i saw your YouTube video on this and am wondering if you fixed the issue? as I'm looking at the idoing and a much larger unit.
