Trouble submitting a post

I have been trying to submit posts on and off for a while with only limited success. I originally thought that it might be some IT issue at my end, but when it occurs on both PC & lap top and also the work PC it suggests that it may not necessarily be at my end.

All assistance would be gratefully accepted.
