    Super select

    Hi all,

Trying to sort out problem with "blinking'' super select lights. Tried everything, down to either vacuum or solenoid issue. Not very mechanicaly minded but give it a go. My question is does the vacuum engage or dis-engage the 4WD??

With no vacuum, the default is 4wd. When motor starts, vacuum pulls actuator out of 4wd into 2wd.

Have a you seen this? http://4wd.blogeasy.com/article.view...ticleID=318776

      I had that too.
just use the dash board dim light switch a few times and problem is solved
You know Murphy can be a mechnic too.
best to start with the easiest thing instead of taking the half car into pieces just for finding out its a dam switch with a bit corrosion on its contacts

        Hi

I had the same problem on my NH pajero, I bought a new solenoid and it fixed the problem.
I bough a new one off ebay.

        Hope this helps
