timing guides replacement on 4m41 07 triton timing marks

does any have access to the actual manual which refers to this car coz i cant find anything which shows this motor and how to put it back together?? does the pajero have a 4m41 3.2 diesel 07 motor in it ? if so the internals are different any advice on where to find a book on my actual motor ?
