2010 Challenger - Oil Leak?

Has anybody had an oily substance leaking out between where the motor and the gearbox bolt together?
I had it back to my local Mitsubishi Dealer after 400kms after the oily substance leaked onto the garage floor.
Mitsubishi told me it would take up, but as of today even though the substance isn't leaking onto the floor it's still visible looking on the under side of the car, we have only done 1100 K's.

There is threads about this in the Nt Pajero Forum also. It sounds like there is a waxy, oily sealer substance that leaks when new and then goes away shortly.
