Default Mitsi cannot do SQL help

Hi all
Just put car in this morning for an SQL.
Rang mitsi see how it is going.they told me they are having issues as the mutt comp won't do it as it is not talking to the car for some reason.
Never had an issue before when I have had them done.
Has anybody had this problem.
It is an NS 2006 chipit chip egr block, DPF removed. Updated manifold. Donaldson filter on main and donaldson pre filter.
Listed here what has been changed or modified.
Any help would be appreciated.

Regards
Dave

Did they get the auto over 60C? Mine some times chucks a wobbly if the auto is not right.
Handbrake on, neutral or park and auto over 60C.

Hi Goodsy

I will ask them, they said they can see everything etc on mutt, but could not get it to relearn.
I have just replaced the SCV the other day hence reason for relearn.
Also had an issue with boost control valve. P0045 code and when I would pull up sometimes put it in park Paj would drop idle from 740 to 690.
Quick rev and it would come good until next time.
They replaced the boost control valve and said all is good.

Regards
Dave

Did you purchase it from them?...... that maybe the problem

you shouldn't need to get anything up to temps if your just doing the SCV relearn

if its the injection relearn, your fuel filter can cause that problem if it not getting up to its needed pressures.

Try it with the auto at 30C. It will not do a SQL which includes an injector relearn as you know.

I know mine won't.

yep but im sure you don't to do the Supply pump relearn for the SCV

not trying to confuse things again but the SCV relearn is different than the SQL for injectors

Correct but both need to be done after changing the SCV.

Apologies for late reply just got I am on nights at the moment.
I bought the SCV from chip tuning standard one.
I remeber taking Paj in previously and sitting next to him while doing a SQL and his comment was auto needs to be at 60 deg?. As Goodsy said.
I tried to ring them back but earlier but service manger was unavailable.
I will try again tomorrow and ring them, not convinced they know what they are doing, differnt mechanic there know one that used to do work on Paj left, I will call another mitsi dealer
Paj is running no problems

Just to clear things up I know how it works I was just mentioning the difference as you mentioned the reason was because the SCV and just wanted to make sure nothing was confused

Just to make sure I re read my post I posted

Only spoke of temps with a SCV.

Hope it's gets sorted mate
