HELP: Hose to 4wd Solenoids - Flashing in 2D

Okay... this one is doing my head in.....

Here's my immediate issue..... The hose on the bottom left of the solenoids is just hanging there.... DOES THIS HOSE GO ANYWHERE?????

Went for bit of a play out back and had a great time. I love they way this rig handles the back tracks.
However, center diff light starting flashing en route back.
- A quick look on the site and ran through some troubleshooting.
- Does not come on in 4H
- Does come on in 2D

If the above isn't clear go to Do it yourself section, DIY bible, gen 4 and look at tech manual.
