    Black out

Not sure why but I decided to black out the front, blacked out the nudge bar and the grey plastics. I used the peel off paint so if I decide I don't like it I can always peel it off again. Might do the side steps next.

And the sills and steps are now done. I'm not sure how long the peely paint will last on the steps.

That looks great. Those black side steps look much nicer than factory, particularly with the ironbark as benny said above.

Thanks, i left the tread part unpainted because i figured it wouldn’t last and it breaks it up a bit. Undecided how im going to tackle the back but i'm thinking of colour coding the bottom of the sides of the rear bumper like the later ones and maybe blacking out the rear silver bit.

I used the peeley paint (Plasti-Dip I think it's called) on my snorkel. Trying to remember when I did it, probably at least 18-24 months ago. Hasn't started coming off or anything like that so it seems fairly hardy.

I had to peel the paint off the steps as it was peeling off where legs rubbed against it so now the steps are painted properly (plastic sills are original grey still) I have also blacked out the silver on the back. Dont look too close i buggered up the masking in 2 spots
