Tne way it works for those 25k files is that it downloads the section you are looking at as required so not the whole map. But I'm now downloading the rest of my Vic east and west 25k maps and it's working OK. Once I've got the full copy I'll be able to transfer them to the tablet.

When you say only download what you are looking at. Do you mean on a PC or on phone/tablet?
My issue is that it doesn't want to activate after purchase.

Wanting: Rocksliders, 2" lift, snorkel or perhaps I should wait and purchase a NS swb in 12months time.

Try contacting support, see what they can do for you.

I just got this response:

I'm downloading on the PC. It's time consuming and I just move the screen around as parts of the map download until I've got it all. I can them just drop that file in to the tablet. I haven't tried downloading to the tablet direct.

It would appear from the response that the seller here is gone and you've paid him for the map but they've withdrawn his activation rights. It looks like the maps themselves come from the main international site, which is why I can still access mine ?

Nah I didn't buy them throught the memorymap.com.au site, I purchased through memorymap's androidun app purchase function. Also when I log into the international memorymap.com site, I can see my purchase.

Waiting on response from the support now.

A mate of mine with MM also got that response. He's sent a follow up asking where we can buy maps from now on.

Just to clarify. I didn't get that response upon attempting to purchase maps. That was just a response I got to when I questionned what was happenning with the memorymaps.com.au .

The purchase I made was through the memory maps app not the memorymap.com.au site.
I'm currently waiting on a response from memorymap.com to why it won't activate on my phone.

last time I looked there was an FTP site where you could download all the maps available from memory maps rather than download them a map section at a time directly.

The maps that are licensed still need a license key to access them.

I can't see that mentioned. The only way to download maps according to the website is via the app.

I'd love to know if there is an FTP site though.
