    In respect to non and original fuel filters, Berrima Diesel have some good YouTube videos on the differences..also on the issue of a secondary filter...before or after the OEM filter..they have a good solid case for positioning the secondary fuel filter before the OEM filter.

      And other suppliers/installers have a solid case for after. Berrima also recommend changing fuel filters every 10,000klm......everyone else has at least double that distance. 10,000 to me is wasting money and material. They are called secondary filters as well..meaning they are secondary to the main filter. Like batteries, tyres and oils......which is best.
