    This video shows how to clean egr valve and the upper part of the inlet manifold.

    To do a proper inlet clean you need to remove the fuel pipes and common rail to get the whole inlet manifold out.

    I just did mine and I notice some differences from my 2013 NW Euro 5 and this car.
    Nothing major though, pipes from egr cooler are a bit different and the inlet manifold bolts do not have springs like in this video. Euro 5 also have a egr bypass valve.

      Here's some pictures from my ongoing inlet clean and valve adjustment =)

      13 out of 16 valves where to tight. and the 3 that where ok was on exhaust side.

      And having a Dremel and a ultrasonic cleaner makes things easier.

          Blocked the EGR with the spv mod at 60k.

          The inlet was all black and nasty, but not that bad really. the EGR was pretty nasty tough.
