    Free Wheel Hubs - trying to remove

    Free Wheeling Locking Hubs - How can I remove the Snap Ring with only flathead screwdrivers? I can easilly run down to Autobarn but they are closed.... D'OH!

    If you don't have circlip plyers I've found normal pilers can do the trick, just pull them out rather than squeeze in.. oh and make sure you drap a cloth over your hands/circlip or its almost guarenteed to go flying!

      2 flat heads. one to hold it still at the opening the other (real small one) to pry it over the lip always works for me

        I just use a small flathead screwy. A large flathead and just stick it in the gap and turn works as well.
