Yep! It did... When I got my car I got it really cheap because I wouldn't shift in and out of 4WD, so I bargained that it was "broken"... That was very nice though, a $20 dollar fix. No issues at all after that...

And I also think this should be a sticky somewhere, or included into a sticky for "common problems"... Given the fact that it IS a very common issue with these cars.

I read this title as a repair that was done whilst out in the bush with no correct parts available
