Wind chime sound from rear wheel

Hello we have a Pajero 2018 model and there is a sound like a wind chime coming from the passenger side rear wheel area. It is there when driving but also when stopped and in neutral. It is a high pitched tinging noise that is constant.

Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this?

      Constant rumbling Noise

A constant rumbling noise coming from one front wheel or rear wheel, that changes as you go faster or slower, will often be a worn wheel bearing. No big deal to repair you go to the best car repair and service in Brisbane expert, except on 4WD vehicles, where it can be expensive.

Thank you for the reply suggesting the exhaust system. Will get a mechanic to check that out

Hi, Do you have proximity sensors fitted?
Could be a faulty proximity sensor. What happens when you put car into reverse?
Pajero NX GLX MY17, OEM Rubber mats, OEM Towbar and tongue, After market Rev. Sensors, MSA4x4 seat covers, OEM nudge bar.

Remember the science demonstration of a table covered with mouse traps loaded with ping pong balls and the teacher drops a ping pong ball into the middle.
Well, the ball has been dropped.

              Problem solved

My wind chiming noise was associated with the air bags installed on the car. A metal panel was installed to keep heat from the exhaust pipe from impacting on the air bag. The connection had broken and the plate was rattling against other metal. The RACV man removed it and it has been welded back on.

Thank you for the suggestions made.
