I need to replace the driver side power window motor for my 89 Paj. The question is will the back door on the same side have the same motor and will it fit straight in? Reason being, I would assume that this motor has done little work compared with the driver side motor.

Usually all the doors have the same motor but the mechanisms are different. You should be able to swap the good motor onto the mechanism, but check it out first.99 NL Exceed with air in tyresComment

the black box is the relay box which gives you one-touch down and does the power distribution.
to get to the motor, you have to take out your window regulator as the motor is tucked up with the mechanism.
all 4 motors have a different part number according to a quick check, but that could be for lots of reasons and the motors may well be identical.Comment
