The MMCS had nothing to do with the compass. The compass is displayed in the centre display. If there is nothing there then there is no compass sensor at the back. Mitsubishi choose not to install the compass sensor for those that came with the MMCS. The sensor is located on the passenger side of the high-mount brake light. The loom should be there already as all I had to do was fit the sensor and it worked straight away. It does require ignition power to work, not just accessories power.

No markings on the left control arm. There was one on the right side but that could be from when they were fitting it.
I also jacked the right side but without the paver:
I think you still have a problem with shocker clearance
You have only checked static compression and not dynamic, the suspension will compress much more in real life. Only way to really check is to have the coils removed and the vehicle weight on the compression bumpstops then allow another 20mm suspension compression. According to data from MM full rear bumpstop EBH is 488mm and I doubt jacking up a single wheel or even diagonal wheels off the the ground would easily in 488mm rear EBH especially with HD and EHD coils.

The hoses are wrapped in split cable organisers so are somewhat protected from rubbing.

Update. Fitted the ocam awning a week or so ago, ready for the trip to coffin bay. For it from a FB group member. Replaced the 4mm steel brackets with 5mm SS ones from Bunnings. Had to remove the end lock. Drilled an 8mm hole where the rivet was that held the lock and fitted an M8 SS security bolt AI each awning bracket is held with two M8 T bolts and one M8 security bolt that goes through the bar so no way can it be taken off with ease.
Also fitted my rear work light pole and a 25W maxi trac work light from repco.
In the process of making a frame using 40x40x3mm aluminium angles and 40x6mm flat bars to hold the pair of bunker industries recovery tracks.

Installed the ARB CKMA12 today. Took half a day mainly because of tight access. 20210410_163503.jpg 20210410_163441.jpg
