Default Electrical issue?

On several occasions recently, the Handbrake light, the A/T light and the Battery light have flickered on momentarily and simultaneously whilst driving. They lasted for less than a second on each occasion.

Today, after starting up, they stayed on for around 30 seconds. As it happened I was outside my mechanics so, without shutting down to investigate myself, I drove straight in so's he could see it. By the time he got to the car they had gone off!!!

Has anyone experienced these three lights illuminating whilst driving and, if so, what might it indicate?

Vehicle is a '98 NL GLS.

The BCM is the ETACS and sits behind the cabin fuse box (back to back).

Your issue, however, may be due to alternator or battery. Those lights together is the ASTC ECU throwing a hissy fit due to voltage issues.

OK, I've worked out what ETACS is but not ASTC.

Active stability and traction control. Barbarity the ECU that controls the ABS, traction control and stability control.

Vlad, the vehicle is a 1998 NL. Don't think they had ASC or TC.

In that case, the ABS as it uses the hand brake light as warning.
