nh 2.5td wont start when warm

i have a 91 nh 2.5td , i have just replaced the injector pump starts great in the mornings but if i go to the shop come back turn off and go back to start 2 -3 min later it will just wind over and over and won't even kick , if i roll start down the hill it starts and goes , would any one have any idea what this might be.

Any input would be greatly appreciated

hi there maybe look at your ECU or the diesel shut off valve on the pump the solenoid could be sticking dont think its a timing issue did it start ok with the old pump ?? or if there is air in the diesel line did you prime the system ??

thanks for that , wasnt none of them but , ended up being my battery didnt have enough balls left in it bought a new battery and all fixed , it even fixed a few other probs such as my cig lighter and hazard lights now work lol

Just goes to show the answer to many problems can be illusive and out of the box.
