    My 96 Pajero

I picked up this 96 pajero auto roo damage to the drivers side front corner

but drove it from Sydney to Adelaide without an issue but I almost collected a roo coming out of balranald there is 225000km on the clock it had a slightly cracked windscreen picked up a new windscreen for $60 and got it professionally fitted for $140
also picked up a brand new snorkel for $150 just waiting for it to get delivered
I had to unfortunately scrap the bullbar as it was to damaged to keep so I picked up a 2nd hand front bar for $8 and the guy also threw in a auto rear tail shaft

This is how she sits now

Let me know what you guys think cheers

Looks pretty good! That right front panel, is it a different colour or just oxidised?

The mudguard looks like its been wire brushed and just left.
So when the snorkel arrives ill just drill all the necessary holes and ive been quoted $200 to get the panel painted

Nasty! you could try some Meguiars ultimate compound first. use a clay bar to clean, then the compound, then wax.

I would keep the 2.8 Turbo Diesel. That's my input.

Which ever one you keep, use the funds made by selling the other one to put towards rebuilding the keepers engine.

The GLS is a far better spec that the GLX model, and the 2.8TD engines are not that common in the marketplace. I think people tend to hang onto them when they find one. Its also got a bullbar, d/lights, steps and a HD tow bar which your other one doesnt have. The interiors of both seem very good.

Hopefully its only a head gasket gone and nothing more serious. I know its only cosmetic but I would also factor in a bonnet/roof respray lol.
