Default Which leather conditioner?

Not for my poverty pack Pajero but for my daily drive, does anyone have any suggestions for a good leather conditioner to use?
Not so much interested in a 'cleaner', more a 'conditioner'.
There are so many to choose from and with this being my first car with leather seats, I don't really know where to begin.
Thanks in advance!
Dan.

I've noticed people get really worked up over Leatherique.

http://www.leatherique.com/press-rel...australia.html

Haven't used it myself.

Hi,

I recently used this on the Jeep's leather seats.
http://www.meguiars.com.au/interior-...erconditioner/

It is really nice - gives a good condtion/shine, leaves the seats looking excellent and brand new. It even smells ok!

Cheers,
Sally

Is it real leather?
As I doubt you need leather conditioner for most vehicles these days due to the fake leather.

I contacted Armourall when I got my VRX Pajero with the 'sports leather'. They said not to use leather conditioner. I thought that was the obvious answer but I asked anyway as I thought there might have been more to it given that most automotive leather is fake.

I use the Oakwood products. It's what they specialise in.

I used Mothers. It is real leather, just not real hide. They are made with bits and pieces of real leather and bonding agent, much like how paper is made.

If that is the case then the leather is about 1 micron thick. Having seen damaged leather from a MY14 VRX I have seen its cross profile. So not mch point using a leather conditioner.

Is this for the Rex you were telling me you were about to buy when I saw you last?

Maybe.....
MY11 Premium pack. Had it for 6 months and now I truly understand why people develop a real love for Subaru's.

Thanks for all the comments and suggestions re: leather conditioner guys and girls, I will take it all on board.
It appears that all modern 'leather' seats are made of leather with a polyurethane coating on the top.
I spoke today to a mate of mine who runs his own motor trimmers business here in Adelaide and he is going to send me some links to 2x products that he recommends. He did advise me that many of the off the shelf products in auto stores are heavily solvent based which is no good for the leather in the long term. Also that many of these products cannot penetrate through the polyurethane coating on the leather - They make the surface look super slick but the leather underneath does not get any nourishment.
I will keep you informed about the treatments he is going to suggest to me.....
Cheers, Dan.

Nice!

We love our Subi too (just a 'boring' Forester). I just bought another almost matching Forester for a family member. They haven't collected it yet, but I have to admit I love this one too
