Bullbar-would it fit?

Hey guys,
Looking at a bullbar on eBay, but the advert doesn't have much info. I asked the seller but they don't know much about it...they replied with:

"We bought it under the impression that it would fit our 2004 pajero but it's fitting are vertical and ours is horizontal we made inquiries about it ,it should possible go on a 2003 or 2002.
Thanks".

Just wondering if anyone here can tell from the pictures or reply if this would fit my 12/2000 NM GLX?

Front ends from 2000 on wards don't change much, I would say looking at the picture that it is for a gen 2 (pre 2000's) model.

No idea how you guys know, but I'll trust you!!
I thought the earlier bars only went around the front? Not actually replacing the plastic bumper..
