I was rewiring the FIL's trailer plug, as it had come off...and had connected it to my 2000 NM, and tested the indicators. Right hand car, was showing left had trailer. So I reversed the wires and then the cars indicators stopped working.
Am I correct in saying that in the fuse box under the bonnet, that fuses 23 and 24 are the turn signals???? I cannot find reference to one in the fuse box in side the car.
Am I also correct in saying that the turn signal/Flasher relays are the larger of the two connectors on the fuse box inside the car. (Part No. MR301971).
I took these two out, and one of them has a rattle inside. Does this mean that it is blown?
I do not have either turn signal.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
