my pajero 3200 wont start :(

    Bugger about those compression readings Pablo!

    I guess the “good” thing is that you now know what the issue is and can hopefully resolve it in relatively quick time.

Other rides: "Ruby Scoo" my lifted L series Subaru and my "Redback" Targa top Brumby - only mods are 5 poster bullbar and nicer dashboard from a coupe

      At least I'm already finding a solution. Anyway like check the measurement in the pistón and the cylinder, for comprobe tolerances. Now have the engine in a table, waiting for disassembly, because i need travel tomorrow.

      I post all info in this thread if this help to anyone. And when i start to assembly, i post some pics.

                Dissasembly all engine
                Change the pistón rings
                Change the Hot rods #2, Any mechanic install a Hot Rod 2 mm more short...







                Yesterday install the injection pump










                And today like finish of assembly the engine.

                    Hi Freddo, Yesterday arrived to my home At 13hrs, and make the valve adjust, install the turbo, exhaust manifold, and rocker cover.

                    Late i see the match of Barcelona and lyon. Hahaha

                      Today i finish of assembly the engine, i tried to start and wont start, i have a doubt because in the pump harness have 3 conectors. 2 for sensors (grey), and 1 Black for...??

                      The Black conector is disconected, anyone know about this conector??

                        Hi people, still the engine not run but have a big doubt, anyone do the priming of the fuel system loosen the injection pipes? I think that the fuel in the video is very poor please Any experience???

                          I imagine it is same procedure as when you change fuel filter?

                          There is guide but from memory on a NP you prime with the black bulb and theres some bolt you undo to get rid of air.

                          Should be a guide on here.

                              Thanks for answer, i make the priming loosen the Bolt in the fuel filter, and late i loosen the injection pipes and for my is very low the pressure in the injection pipes, if you can see the video is very poor the fuel in the pipe, and i read that this pump make 10.000 psi...
