    Sorry my words weren't clear. The main loom coming out of the firewall is not touching the tray, that is clear and below the tray. It is the smaller loom between the inside of the guard and the tray. It's not putting pressure on it, just touching. I'll put some of that flexible split ribbed conduit around it.

        I feel better knowing it's not the massive loom. I'm sure the smaller one can be protected fairly easily.
        Is there any chance you could post some pictures of the tray in place if possible please.
        Would like to see it before purchasing one.

          This is my dual battery install using a Boss tray. Good bit of gear.
