is there an amp hidden some where on the 2019 QE/Exceeds?

Looking on the car manual link found on here it mentions an amp under a seat, but not found one.

Was thinking of adding an under seat base unit maybe in the future???

Its the only time in the truck i can turn up my fave tunes without being asked to 'turn it down' or 'how old is this crap?'

To be honest you would get better sound with upgraded speakers and a non mitsi amp. And as the Mitsi system is run through the CAN network, and upgrades or additions to that are impossible without rewriting all the ECU on the network to recognise the factory amp.
