    LPG certification

I have an LPG car that's rego'd in Qld. In QLD to get an RWC, I also need to get an LPG certification, and to do that the tank must have been pressure tested and certified in the last 10 years.

Does anyone know if other state regulations are the same? particularly NSW?

As far as I know, the 10 year certification requirement is Australia wide. In NSW, where you must have an annual roadworthy inspection done (extra cost for LPG vehicles) part of the inspection is checking the expiry date on the cylinder. In other states where there is no annual roadworthy inspections, I guess people either forget about the 10 yr requirement or simply ignore it. All good until you have an insurance claim and then....
