Will fitting bigger tyres affect diff lock?

I've got a swb soft top pajero with a factory rear diff lock. Just wondering if fitting bigger tyres has any affects on it? Thanks!

Affect it engaging/disengaging? I don't think so

They'll put a little more strain on it (along with the rest of the drive line) but won't be anything substantial unless you're going 35's.
