Can you play movie/video files on the Pajero Sport stereo?

    Hello,

Has anyone had any luck playing movies or video files on the Pajero Sport stereo via USB or other method?

If so, does the screen go blank when the car moves, like it used to with the older MMCS stereo?

Just curious as it was handy with the kids.

    Cheers!

Yes you can play movies through the HDMI port and yes it goes blank if you drive over 15k/h. There is a work around by cutting a wire behind the head unit. There is a tutorial somewhere in this forum. Search for HDMI.
