Default Drivers seat.

Has anyone made brackets to re-locate the drivers seat rearward? I'm looking at a 50mm move

Wow you must be very tall! I'm 6'3" and I can't have the seat all the way back, as I can't reach the pedals then... Or maybe you have electric seats, and they have less range than the manual seat?

Default Yep ,me too

Yeh, I did brackets for my 2010 Challenger. I put the brackets up on the Challenger forum.
But, with the NX I cant believe the elect seat can be cranked all the way forward until the seat back almost touches the wheel but at 182cm I feel cramped at max rear position

I'm 180cm and don't have the seat anywhere near fully back.

The seat belt anchor is attached to the seat, so any changes theoretically should be approved by a certifiable engineer.

Is there somebody already sitting in the seat when you are getting in? That would make it feel quite cramped even at the max rear position.

I'm 181cm and I reckon the seat could do with another 25-35mm more rearward movement. It's acceptable but not optimal.

Note that several owners have reported problems with the seat moving and sliding around while driving. You may void any warranty if you adjust it in this way. Not sure if it will still be compliant with the ADRs either.

But if that don't worry you - go for it.
