Exclamation catch can

hi guys i am getting my manifold cleaned this week should i put a catch can on. and should i block my EGR. any thoughts.

Catch can: YES
EGR block: I think it's illegal. You'll have to make up your own mind.

I run the Aus eBay delete, after absorbing all the positive experiences here; smoothed everything out, fuels between 7L and 10.5L/100 (manual); no codes.
