i have just had completed a gas strut installation on my 2006 Pajero wagon which will allow easy under bonnet checking in future as only an antique steel rod is supplied as standard. Trevor of "Struts Regassed 4U" of Melbourne - Phone 0427 929468 did a very professional installation supplying brackets and a strut for $105 .60 -- at my place & works from his mobile weorkshop. he regasses, restores and replaces gas struts for all vehicles& sizes. would highly recomend him. regards to all
