I received a recall letter as well the last week for my pre-owned NT.
I thought this was more or less completed for most owners, but reading the comments above, looks like it isnt the case.

Need to call the local dealer, and book it in.

I received the recall letter last week, called the dealer straight away. Was booked in for yesterday, so dropped the vehicle off.
Got a call 3 hours later to say they'd run out of the necessary part and I, and 2 other owners, would need to re-book.
They're going to let me know when they get the parts in.
Very apologetic, but surely they would have known how many were booked in and how many units they had left.
Little bit annoying that they didn't advise me in advance.
Anyway, I'll just wait to hear from them, I guess.
Have had very good service from the dealer in the past, with the Challenger, so I'll keep going back to them for servicing etc.

I got the recall fix done yesterday and the tensioner was replaced following tests, as per the service advisor. Handed in the vehicle at 9AM, and was informed as ready for pickup at 3PM.

Feels a little smoother now, if i may say so; i cant rule out placebo effect though.

          Part Number for OE Tensioner

Does anyone have the part number for the OE Tensioner.

Here in India the support from Mitsubishi is really bad and with only a couple of dealers around, they have no Montero spares in stock. My local Mitsubishi dealer has even shut shop cause they have no models to sell.
