I presume you're talking about your rear diff?

I believe Mitsubishi are big fans of "parts bin engineering", making use of existing parts rather than develop new parts for every vehicle. As such, there's a good chance that your diff was also used in something else, but that something else may not be too readily available any more.

Have you looked at this forum? http://www.pajeroio.com/
NT Platinum. DiD Auto with 265/70R17 ST Maxx, Lift, Lockers, Lockup Mate, Low range reduction, LRA Aux tank, bull bar, winch, lots of touring stuff. Flappy paddles. MMCS is gone!

Project: NJ SWB. 285/75R16 ST Maxx, 2" OME suspension, 2" body lift, ARB 110, 120l tank, bullbar, scratches, no major dents. Fully engineered in SA. NW DiD & auto in place - a long way to go....
