The secret to minimising noise on the ST Maxx is very regular front to back tyre rotations. Every 5,000km is best, 7,500km and you can start to hear some noise and by 10,000km you can really start to hear them but if you rotate this late they take another 5,000kms to square off and quieten down again, so best to rotate arc5,000km or 7,500km.
