Hi guys. Need some help please.
Need to change the inhibitor switch (neutral safety selector switch) on my mk auto Triton. The problem is undoing the electrical connector which sits on top of the transmission that I cannot get to. There is no room to access it from underneath and no way to access from above via the console etc.
The only way I can think of is to remove the tail shafts, cross members etc in the hope that the gearbox may drop down a bit so the connector can be accessed. Why they would put the connector up there instead of the side of the gearbox where it can be accessed is beyond me
Many thanks in anticipation of some help please. Cheers. Pete
