Hello Guys I get to have a vibration on my steering when stepping on the brake at the speed of 80 kmph or more. I tried to rotate the wheel tires (diagonal) the vibration getting worsed. Is it the wheel problem (alignment) or brake disk rotor ?

Likely to be warped rotors. Can you feel any pulsing through the brake pedal when you are on the brakes and can feel this vibration?2004 NP DiD GLX, 5 spd Manual with SMF, ARB Bullbar, Ironman 12000lb winch, Lightforce Genesis lights, Airtec Snorkel, 81L LRA tank, Unifilter, GME 3500 UHF, Redarc elec brake controller, ARB dual Batt tray with 60AH Deep cycle Batt & Redarc Isolator, Bushskinz Sliders, intercooler and sump guards, Lovells raised HD springs, Polyairs & Bilstein shocks, Milford Cargo Barrier, Philips +100 globes, 2nd set of rims with 245/75x16 Bighorns, Waeco 60L Fridge & a Cavalier camper trailer!

Machining the discs was about $25 last time I had it done but that was a while ago.
Worse after the rotation ?
If you hadn't rotated, I might have thought bad tyres, but that could probably be ruled out after you've put different tyres on that axle for the same or worse result.

Wheel alignment can make it worse and more so when a tie rod or pitmam arm ect are worn, the tyres you had on the front are suited to the way the front end has worn by changing the tyres it will respond different, and your disks need to be sorted to.

I paid $70ea for new fronts, because mine had deep grooves, or it will cost $40 a pair to reface[machine]. I would get them machined and if your pads are OK then clean them up on a belt sander and it will be as good as new! The guy doing the machining will tell you if they are still in spec.

If you rotated tyres and it got worse, then its a fair bet you either have more than 1 problem or its not related to the discs/suspension/steering. I would suspect the latter (rotors) is not the issue. If you can borrow some fresh rubber for a drive around the block, you can then discount the tyres. You can put a dial gauge on the discs and check yourself (if you have one or know where to borrow one from). Failing that, get a brake place to check, but that will cost you. That is 2 relatively easy diagnostic solutions out the way. If it was a suspension/steering component issue, its most likely this would occur when not under braking as well. But first off, check your rubber. You also don't state when and how long this symptom has occurred.

Onilebus, I recently fixed my daughters Toyota Avalon[sedan] with the same symptoms as you,and as I said before took the rotors off, took them down and had them machined, I cleaned up the pads on a belt sander put it back together, about two hours all up, and they were as good as new!
You don't sound like you are going to do them yourself, so unless you have a neighbourhood "mechanic", then you will have to go to a brake specialist. He should be happy to machine them if they are still in spec and if your pads are more than half, ask him to clean them up and reuse them, the whole job should not cost $200
Rotors don't warp because they are too old, it can happen the next day after fitting new rotors, and it is probably related to driving style ie heavy braking or riding the brakes while going through the mountains.
Don't try to over analyse it, just get them done, I am sure that it is your problem!
