Hey guys i have a 2005 triton with airbag steering wheel which needs replacing does anyone know if i can put the airbag part on a 2001 steering wheel with no airbag as i can get one cheap or if not does anyone have one they want to sell cheers

Can't help with your question unfortunately but You may know (or discover) while changing steering wheels. I've got a 2006 MK (last of them) with airbags and the horn has stopped working. I suspect the switch in the steering wheel but not 100% sure. And I'm a little wary of playing near the airbag on the wheel. When you change your steering wheel can you make some notes and/or take some pics so I can see what's involved in getting to the horn switch and or connections?

No worrys mate will do mine isnt working either so need to have a look at that
