What's it worth

Hi all,

Some one I know has a stock standard NP GLS 2005 3.8 V6 for sale. It has only 53 000km on it and has never been off road. Has a build date of Feb 2005. He's not sure what it is worth with the low km. Couple of scratches on the bumper but otherwise in good condition. Tyres are probably 40 to 50%.
Looked on red book says up to $20700 for an average km of 120 to 200 000 km.

Has any one seen one sold lately with similar Km's?
What do people think it's worth?

Probably less,,, I know it has low ks but its no diesel,,, so resale is crappy,
