    Torque Pro and DPF regen

Is there a gauge or combo of gauges in Torque Pro that shows when DPF regen is occuring?
Later: Seems I have [MIDV] DPF Regeneration gauge, will try that.

What is "[MIDV] DPF Regeneration gauge"?
On the NS you can monitor "Catalyst Temperature Bank 1 Sensor 1" in TorquePro. When it is doing a burn it goes above 600deg. You can set an alarm for it. Also EGR will go to "0" but you have that off anyway.
2007 NS Pajero GLS Diesel. Factory rear diff lock. Custom rear bumper. Custom side steps. Kaon and ASFIR bash plates. Cooper Evolution MT tyres. Couple of CB radios. UltraGauge. Provent 200. Traction control diff lock mod. ARB Comercial bull bar with custom brush bars and Domin8r X 12,000lb winch. Dobinsons and Kings raised springs and shocks. TJM snorkel

Dunno that is what I see in my Torque Pro as a gauge. It stayed at 0 during a 45min city trip to work this morning.

Will try to see if Catalyst Temperature Bank 1 Sensor 1 is available on mt Torque Pro. Yes my EGR is always at 0 since new. I have a Chiptuning EGR module.

Ok I found Catalyst Temperature Bank 1 Sensor 1 and set it up in my Torque Pro. After a 45min city drive to work, the gauge reached a max of 220deg.

How do you know for certain it is doing a burn above 600deg?

You know because that's the only time it gets that high. It never goes over 400 odd when it's not doing a regen.

Exactly the same when using scangauge. I also find that at the same time a regen is happening, turbo boost drops right off (unless you really put the foot down)

cat above 650, throttle % below 30 and boost basically 0 is a pretty good indicator. i have my egt set to flash over 670

How often does it do a regen?

Ok I went for a long drive on the highway and fuel consumption average is 8.7L. 3 adults and minimal luggage not towing.
On my TorguePro I have DPF Regen and Cat B1S1 setup. When Cat B1S1 went beyond 630 DPF Regen flipped from 0.0 to 1.0 like a counter. After a few minutes Cat B1S1 went rapidly under 600 and DPF Regen flipped back to 0.0. Never seen DPF Regen moved from 0.0 until now.
                          Happy days!
