I also have a full set, bought from ebay before realizing Boo is a forum member.

how many guards are recommended?intercooler, sump, transmission, any others?
- intertercooler which is made of very thin metal (maybe 0.8mm). Many have terminally damaged their intercooler when off-road due to the lack of protection offered by the factory guard. Aftermarket are significantly stronger and usually 3-4mm thick.
- engine sump which is only a plastic splash guard or wind deflector and offers no off-road protection. Once again, Aftermarket usually 3-4mm thick.
Aftermarket companies also offer transmission guards as well as transfer case guards.
If your doing ANY light off-roading I'd strongly recommend at least the intercooler guard. If your doing serious or "heavy" 4wding, I would recommend at least intercooler, engine sump and transmission guards. These 3 were the first mods I did to mine.Silver NT VRX Di-D
ARB bullbar | snorkel | Bushskinz & Boo’s guards | UltraGauge MX | 2" lift | Cooper AT3 LT's | dual battery | Superwinch X9 | 80ltr diesel tank | 22ltr water tank | aux trans cooler | MM Lockup Mate | GME UHF | locker/TC mod | SPV EGR | rear LED work light | rhino platform | ARB awning | rear drawers ... & plenty of scratches

I have a set of Boo's plates, from eBay, waiting for when I get my NS back. I can't comment on fitting yet but am very impressed indeed with the quality.
A question for those that have fitted plates, regardless of make ...
Can one person do it themselves with the vehicle still on the ground? I don't have access to a lift and don't want to buy anything like stands or whatever for this one job.2007 NS DiD GLX, Auto.
