Milligan Island camping WA

Milligan Island camp site is just north of Green Head apparently is new, was looking at staying there overnight has anybody been there, pulling a camper trailer with most of the gear I think.
If you know about this spot what are the facilities like, by the website long drops a few tables and that is about it.
On the way to Kalbarri so just looking at splitting the trip 3-4 hours per day is good enough for me, any other spots just off the highway that might work as well

Went past and had a look
Pros
great views, good size parking bays, nice and quite no one was there, price, easy accessible, not far off the main road
Cons
no facilities but close to the town, area is red pebble rock so to tent it is going to be uncomfortable (council apparently are going to re-do the surface), if the sea breeze comes up very windy but that is anywhere on the west coast
