NM 20th Year Of Ownership Outback Trip

I bought my NM in August 2000 direct from MMAL. It had only just been released and what an awesome car it has been. At the time the RRP was just shy of 50,000...not that much more now. Just shows how inexpensive new cars are now.

Every year from new it's either been outback or at the very least the Flinders Ranges.

This year we loaded up again for a loop through South Oz.

    Googs Track...Kingoonya...Coober Pedy...Oodnadatta...Marree...Flinders.

    A couple of shots.

    Awesome!
It’s also a good demonstration that you don’t need all the flash and expensive mods to safety get out into the bush (and home again)

Couldnt disagree more mate...Unless you have a stainless steel snorkel, 35 inch mud tyres, 4 inch lift and 4 sets of brightly coloured recovery tracks you just go offroad!!! Ask the experts on the facebook forums!!!

Pajero is one of the most capable 4wd,s around and even in completely stock form it will keep up with the tojos and patrols of this world. Great to hear about the older models still going strong, reliable and taking people out on great off road adventures.
