One thing that is missed in this write up is the correct pushrod protrusion on the belt tensioner. It should be 4 - 6mm after you've cranked (By hand) the engine around 720 degrees, after removing the pin.
What's in the document leaves it open to interpretation with "taking the slack up," the tensioner pulley bolt also de-tensioner the pulley as you do it up. You really need to hold it with the circlip pliers and quite often need to move it further than needed, for it to return to the correct position when done up.
