    NJ 3.0 Auto Transmission

    Hi all,

I had a problem this weekend with my NJ 3.0 auto transmission.
I have reverse but no forward in any gear!

There is slight drive on a flat surface but only at high revs, it’s like it’s slipping heaps or the clutch is not letting go.

Any one have any ideas where to start to diagnose / fix?

Also does anyone know if an NJ/NL 3.5 auto is different? I have conflicting info!!

    TIA

The 3.0 Auto is hydraulically operated, the 3.5 is electronic.

Your Auto is around 26yrs old, it's probably shagged. Take it to an auto specialist for diagnosis.

When the time comes for you to buy a new mycsulb vehicle, make sure you know about the state sales tax and other related fees, so you'll be well-prepared for all the costs of purchasing a mysacstate car.
