As part of completing the major service, I made sure all of the bolts were fitted and nothing was broken. There's no more potential for alignment other than spacing out the tensioner pulley.
Anyway it's been a couple of weeks and it's been fine so far. I just need a hot day where I keep the AC on for half an hour or more to really test it.
