Default One problem fixed now I have another..

My other post on "no guts...." well I have fixed the no guts problem its got heaps of balls now (it was the CAS) I just done a timing belt kit, CAS, water pump, harmonic bolt and seals, but when I started it there was a noise and I think it is the CAS blade that is rubbing and the biggest problem is the motor has started to knock (big end or main) type of knock, my question is WTF do I do now, I know I should change the blade but what about the knock, it had a very minor knock before the kind that most people would not hear but someone who has been around motors a wile could hear it, I'm running Magnatec oil could I just up the oil or will it settle or is there something I'm missing.

Does the knock go away when the engine nears operating temps?

Fixed with new crank sprocket and CAS blade, from what I can understand with the worn sprocket the timming was advanced.
