Someone suggested that the front of my NX sits lower than the front from the factory. I measured on level ground all sides from the center of the wheel to the guard and looks to me they are all the same distance. There is nothing hitched on my tow bar and no additional weight in the rear (save for 3 umbrellas). So either the suggestion is incorrect of my measurement is wrong. Your thoughts?

Minimum legal ride height for a NX is 461mm front and 488mm rear, this is specified in the RVCS data.

I’ve noticed our new NX appears ‘lop-sided’ when sitting on the level concrete in the garage. I measured it at the rear only and the measurements from the concrete to the top tangent point of the wheel arch, measured through the centre of the wheel were 877 passenger side and 865 drivers side. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m thinking I’ll be asking for MM to investigate at the 1,500 service and rectify.
I do have an additional 60’ish kg of weight on that side in a 140Ah battery and dometic CFF45 fridge but I had a 120Ah battery and Engel MT45 on one side in our prado for 8 years and it still sits dead level.Cheers,

This has cropped up and been discussed a number of times in relation to Gen 4s.
Have a read of the following example ...

Roadblock dont measure from concrete or floor to top of wheel arch do it from centre of wheel to wheel arch. Reason.........it takes the tyre out of the equation which if they have differing pressures could alter the measurement.2014 VW Touareg V6 diesel
