Wiper blades

Just replaced front wiper blades but having a pain with doing the rear.
The wiper blade rubber grabs keep jumping into the metal spine channel when trying to slide the blade in.
Anyone done a rear wiper blade replacement??

What brand of wiper? I need my rear done but never found one
