Question Towing with 2015 Challenger AT

I have a 2015 Challenger AT and intend towing a poptop caravan with an ATM of 1600 kg. I would like some ideas regarding towing techniques, ie, let the auto do the work, bearing in mind that 5th gear is effectively an overdrive gear, or use the paddle shifters to select gears manually.

For me.

Manual mode, 4th gear, 90kph at 2300rpm. That's the sweet spot.

Will sit there all day towing my Lifestyle camper trailer.

Default Towing with 2015 Challenger AT

Thanks for the replies. Although I am on my 4th 4wd, the previous ones were all manuals, 2 diesels and 1 petrol, and am still getting used to the auto diesel in the Challenger, particually when towing.
