Default 4m41 07 triton head replacement

Need help. While replacing cylinder head i dropped the timing chain and it has jumped tee teeth. Has anyone got a clear photo of the camshaft timing mark position at tdc. Chain marks are only out by three links. But cannot find any picture of cam sprocket position of the two dimple marks sprockets. Any help much appreciated as i dont want to have to pull frint cover off as almost done and need it running
